Independent product & growth diagnosis

Find what is blocking growth. Leave with a 90-day plan.

A senior-led audit across product, analytics, acquisition and delivery — translated into clear priorities, metrics and experiments.

For web, mobile and SaaS products with users or traffic, but slowing growth, unclear priorities or disconnected Product, Marketing and Engineering work.

The problem

There is activity.
But no shared view of what moves growth.

The problem is rarely a lack of ideas. It is the absence of a fact-based system that connects customer behavior, product priorities, acquisition and delivery capacity.

01

Too many ideas, too little priority

The backlog grows, but the team cannot explain which initiatives matter now and why.

02

Metrics do not guide decisions

Dashboards report activity without revealing the funnel constraints, retention issues or customer friction behind it.

03

Roadmaps are driven by opinion

Features are selected through urgency and stakeholder pressure instead of evidence and expected impact.

04

Product and growth work in fragments

Marketing, Product and Engineering optimize separate tasks without a shared customer journey or experiment system.

The outcome

A decision system.
Not a generic review.

The audit turns scattered observations into a prioritized operating plan: what to fix, what to measure, what to test and what the team should deliberately postpone.

What is delivered

A practical 90-day roadmap connected to customer behavior and product economics.

  • Key product, UX and growth constraints
  • Customer journey and funnel observations
  • Analytics gaps and recommended metrics
  • Prioritized opportunities and hypotheses
  • Backlog and roadmap improvements
  • Acquisition, onboarding and retention experiments
  • 90-day execution roadmap with clear sequencing

How it works

From product evidence to an executable roadmap.

The process combines independent analysis with focused team input. Recommendations are tied to evidence and operating reality.

01 / Align

Define the business questions

Clarify the growth concern, product context, available evidence and decisions the audit must support.

Stage 1
02 / Inspect

Review the full product system

Assess positioning, journey, onboarding, UX, features, backlog, analytics, funnels, retention and acquisition.

Stage 2
03 / Prioritize

Separate symptoms from constraints

Connect observations across Product, Marketing and Engineering, then rank the most valuable opportunities.

Stage 3
04 / Activate

Turn findings into 90 days of action

Define metrics, experiments, sequencing and backlog changes the team can execute immediately.

Stage 4

Operating evidence

Growth analysis grounded in delivery reality.

The studio model is new. The experience behind it comes from products where analytics, acquisition, roadmaps and cross-functional execution had to work as one system.

FAQ

Before we start.

What products are a good fit for the audit?

Existing web, mobile or SaaS products with users, traffic or operating data — especially where growth has slowed or the next priorities are disputed.

What access is needed?

The useful minimum is agreed during scope review. It may include product analytics, acquisition data, roadmap and backlog materials, customer research and focused team interviews.

Is this a UX audit or an analytics audit?

It can include both, but it is broader. The purpose is to connect positioning, journey, UX, funnels, retention, acquisition and delivery constraints around business decisions.

Can the work remain confidential?

Yes. Confidentiality, access boundaries, public case-study permissions and sensitive-data handling are agreed explicitly.

Can you help execute the roadmap?

Yes, as a separate engagement. The audit remains useful on its own and does not require follow-on implementation support.

A practical first step

Bring the product context.
Leave with clear priorities.

Share the product, current growth concern and available evidence. The first conversation is used to define whether an independent audit can unlock a meaningful decision.
